Cool Crais Cracks Case; Celebrates Independence Day @ Independent Bookstore

Robert Crais helped celebrate Independence Day at an independent bookstore on Saturday, July 5, where he discussed and signed his new Elvis Cole thriller, "Chasing Darkness." Nearly 80 fans were on-hand at The Mystery Bookstore to meet Crais, enjoy a picnic buffet and play a Crais trivia quiz. Chasing Darkness, in which PI Elvis Cole goes from hero to zero, features two LAPD detectives named after The Mystery Bookstore Manager Bobby McCue and Assistant Manager Linda Brown! The Mystery Bookstore is located in Westwood Village in Los Angeles.
